UK SHIPPING

FREE Standard (3-5 working days) on orders over £50

or

£3.95 Standard (3-5 working days) for all other UK parcels

We currently use 2nd Class Royal Mail services for all UK deliveries.

US SHIPPING

$18 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 500g

$28 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighting up to 1kg

$32 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 1.25kg

$36 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 1.5kg

$37.50 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 2kg

We currently use 1st Class Tracked Royal Mail services for all US deliveries. 

PREORDERS

Where an item has been purchased via our preorder option we would ask you to allow us up to 3 weeks to get your order to you.  In most cases, we have to wait 2 weeks to receive an item before we can post it to you via our normal channels. 

MADE TO ORDER

Where an item has been purchased via our made to order option we would ask you to allow us up to 5 weeks to get your order to you.

Please note, all orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday. 

To learn more about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Oh My Tutu please use the reference number that has been emailed to you after your order has been processed. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control (Royal Mail strikes) once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As Oh My Tutu takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on our site, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us to resolve.
